<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Comcast NBCUniversal and Ascend LA Metro Chapter hosted an event with the theme "Fundamentals of Successful Networking" on November 5, 2014 in California. The event was attended by 125 people who learned tried and tested tips and advice from experienced leaders on how to form meaningful mentor/mentee relationships. The panelists included:&nbsp;Eric Gray, Chief Financial Officer at NBCU Cable Entertainment Studios &amp; Content,&nbsp;Pintoo Shah, Chief Financial Officer at NBCU Studio Operations, O&amp;TS,&nbsp;Priya Swamy, Vice President at West Coast Television and Sharon Cheung, Senior Vice President &amp; Controller at East West Bank.
